Precor 9.33 Treadmill

I presently have a Trimline, but the treadmill I’d really would have liked to have is the Precor 9.33 . Ah yes… The belt is a good size and it is much more stable than other home treadmills I have tried. But what makes the biggest difference for me are the interval programs.
Two different users can save their workout parameters separately, a boon for me as I have to put in my parameters every time I start a workout if someone else has been on the treadmill before me.
With the 9.33 it is possible to create custom workouts, though I am not sure if it is a feature I’d be using.
There’s a 5 year warranty for this machine, which is okay I guess.

Exercise equipment – your first step

I think that the most significant thing about exercise everybody should initially think about is that you should choose something you enjoy to do.
Picking something you will enjoy to do is the key to successfully continue with a program and will allow you to keep in form. A lot of people choose a type of exercise they do not like and for the wrong reason and the only thing those people will achieve is quitting exercising.
If you want to exercise at home and have to buy exercise equipment I suggest that before buying you should try a few different types of equipment. You can do this by trying them in a gym. Try them for a month or two and then you will have the feel of the type of exercise you will enjoy best. Once you know what you want, go shopping!
